At CosplayCrafts, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review the following policy before ordering.

1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or size exchanges for eligible products within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is:

• Unworn and unused
• Unwashed
• Free from damage, stains, or alterations
• Returned with original tags and packaging

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following may not be eligible for return or exchange:

• Products that have been worn or washed
• Products damaged after delivery
• Custom/personalized products, unless they are defective or incorrectly produced
• Items returned after the eligible return period

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-processing timelines.

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, CosplayCrafts will cover the applicable return shipping cost.

For size exchanges or change-of-mind returns, return shipping may be the customer's responsibility.
